Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the level of influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR), citizen attitudes and transparency in fostering organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The paper hypothesizes that these three variables have a positive and significant influence on OCB. The study was carried out on a group of 12 industrial enterprises in northeastern Mexico with a sample of 213 employees. The methodology used is based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The paper concludes that CSR is the only variable that significantly and directly influences OCB, while the remaining two variables have only an indirect influence on it.
