Abstract

This study examines what drives continued use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard code payment standard. Using survey data from 571 users across several regions, it estimates a partial least squares structural equation model and assesses out-of-sample predictive ability. Task-Technology Fit emerges as the central factor, shaping perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, confirmation, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Satisfaction and attitude also help explain continued use, whereas perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness show no direct effect. Overall, findings indicate that, among digitally mature users, sustained use depends more on functional fit with everyday transactions than on interface simplicity.
