Abstract

This study aimed to propose an integrative leadership model called leadership 7.0. It was based on a systematic literature review of contemporary leadership approaches published between 2019 and 2024, complemented by thematic coding and conceptual comparison of transformational, ethical, resilient, sustainable, regenerative, and 5.0 leadership approaches, identifying the essential competencies for current leadership. These competencies were aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Inner Development Goals. The results revealed a common competency base in adaptability, ethics, strategic vision, collaboration, innovation, and people development, highlighting the convergence among previously fragmented approaches, which enabled the formulation of an integrative leadership model oriented toward sustainability in complex contexts.
