The objective of the study is to develop a performance evaluation model for corporate education in a credit cooperative, based on the needs and perceptions of the manager of the human resource management sector. The intervention tool used was the Constructivist Multicriteria Decision Aid (MCDA-C) methodology. The model’s development, grounded in the decision-maker's information, perceptions, and values identified through interviews, resulted in the identification of 85 primary evaluation elements distributed across six areas of concern. A total of 52 descriptors (indicators) were developed, enabling the identification of critical performance issues in each area of concern and the recommendation of improvement actions. This study contributed to the literature by providing new performance evaluation indicators for cooperatives and corporate education. It also provided the manager with a customized tool to support decision-making and monitor activities.
