CS publishes mainly research and reflection articles, and is aimed at professionals and students from different disciplines of social sciences interested in historical and contemporary problems of Latin America and the Caribbean. Similarly, the journal promotes networks and spaces that facilitate interaction between researchers, thinkers, activists and policy makers from universities, research centers and social organizations. Thus, we contribute to social debates on issues that affect and define the current situation in the region.
