Abstract

This article examines the effects of the armed conflict over black people in Buenaventura,
Valle del Cauca, Colombia and the action repertoires developed by black organizations in
this context in the period of 2000-2009. At the same time, it analizes PCN’s use of teh
local and global scales in their collective action.
